OSSU takes its name from "Ohayo gozaimasu," the Japanese morning greeting, reborn as a battle cry of energy and welcome. We carry that spirit into every handroll: high-energy, warmly intentional, and crafted with precision.

Centered around a 15-seat U-shaped bar, OSSU is designed around the Plate-to-Hand omakase experience. You watch the roll get made. You eat it immediately. That's the whole philosophy: no waiting, no overthinking, just the freshest daily catch prepared at the peak of its potential.

Our 100% custom-made OSSU tap cocktails, designed by an award-winning mixologist, are built to pair with every roll on the menu. California wine country meets Taipei's night market energy.
